Guess what? Agencies outsource work. For those who have worked for an agency or have been drafted onto a project as a contracted third party outsourcing often feels like a dirty secret. Unless the client is told contractors will be apart of the project team during the pitch/sales process, it's not a piece of information disclosed during the project lifecycle. In most cases the project team toil behind a protective member of the account service team who's ever mindful of protecting the reputation of a know-all, do-all, 'full service' agency. The client doesn't know who's working on their project because they don't need to… Right? Well, not exactly.
